I've never been this let down by a service that used to be top-notch. Over time, they've really messed it up, making it the absolute worst for sharing files! As someone who pays for the pro version, I find that none of the premium features are functioning. The app is in worse shape than it’s ever been. Total waste of both time and cash. Watch out!

I really love a bunch of software tools; there are so many fantastic options out there that have made my life way easier. But when I say 'it changed my life,' only a few really stand out, and Cloudapp is definitely one of them. They even shoot me a weekly email showing how much time I've saved using it. According to their numbers, it's around 2,475 minutes so far, but honestly, I think it's way more than that. Plus, it’s saved my sanity more times than I can count. The way I can quickly grab a screenshot, add some notes, and send it off to Slack has totally changed how I communicate with my team, making those old-school review meetings feel totally unnecessary. And I love that it automatically puts the screenshot on my clipboard since I often share stuff through WhatsApp.

I'm totally in love with these! I can't emphasize enough how much I enjoy them! Even though there are plenty of options out there for this kind of service, these folks are both entertaining and effective! Their customer support always cracks me up, and that's really priceless!
